A Lucky8 account may only have one active bonus at a time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in cancellation of all pending bonus balances.

A bet placed on Lucky8 is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. Bets placed on markets that have already been settled or events that have already started (where in-play betting is not offered) are void. Lucky8 reserves the right to decline any bet without providing a reason, particularly where the platform suspects irregular betting activity or where acceptance would create unacceptable risk exposure.
Odds displayed on Lucky8 at the time of bet placement represent the terms on which the bet is accepted. Lucky8 reserves the right to correct clearly erroneous odds — prices that are obviously incorrect due to a technical error or data feed failure. Bets placed on such odds may be voided at Lucky8's discretion, with stakes returned to the player's account.
In-play or live betting is offered on selected events. Lucky8 may suspend in-play markets at any point during an event. Where a bet is placed during a period of suspension and inadvertently accepted due to a technical delay, Lucky8 reserves the right to void such bets. In-play odds reflect the current state of the match at the time of your bet placement — there is an inherent delay in live odds feeds and this is accepted by the player as a condition of in-play betting.
Lucky8 settles bets based on official results from governing bodies or broadcast confirmations. In the event of a result dispute or delayed confirmation, settlement may be deferred until the result is confirmed officially. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including server disconnection, browser crash or any other interruption — Lucky8 will attempt to restore the game state from its last saved point. Where restoration is not possible, stakes will be returned to the player's account.
